Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Access: Membership access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or subscription content with non-members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Changes: ProLine reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

All content on this website — including but not limited to the ProLine betting system rules, strategy documentation, pick classifications, historical records, software, design, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ProLine Sports Intelligence and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Service without prior written permission from ProLine Sports Intelligence. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PROLINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

While ProLine makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information published on this website, we do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or current. System outputs are generated by automated rules engines and may contain errors. Public betting percentages and line data are sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time market conditions.

ProLine reserves the right to correct, update, or remove any content at any time without notice. Reliance on any information provided by this Service is at your own risk.
